This is the simulation program used in the aforementioned paper.
The Makefile is used to create Fig.3(A) on the paper.

Requirements:
* A Linux environment with 4 CUDA-capable GPUs installed (preferably connected to the same PCI Express complex)
* CUDA
* bash
* python2
* gnuplot

How to run the program:
1. Execute 'make' to build the simulation program.
2. Execute 'make run' to start the simulation.
   Note that this simulation requires at least a week to complete.
3. Execute 'make get-mod' to gather the modulation data of CN.
4. Execute 'make plot' to plot the modulation.

Other features:
* Execute 'make clean-data' to remove the data generated by the simulation program.
* Execute 'make clean' to remove the data and the simulation executable.
